Degrees

The undergraduate degree program in Geoinformatics offers both BA and BS degrees. The degree program is multidisciplinary in nature and designed to be tailored to student career and education interests by building on a strong foundation of geoinformatics core courses that is complimented by course work in a cognate area of interest from one of the many academic disciplines across campus. The degree requirements beginning in the 2011-2012 academic year are currently under revision and will be posted here in late spring 2011.

The graduate program in Geoinformatics offers interdisciplinary Master of Science and PhD degrees which take the same multidisciplinary approach as the undergraduate program. Interested students can apply online using degree code M582 for MS or D570 for PhD. Applicants should also submit transcripts for all previous university work, a statement of research and career interests, GRE scores, TOEFL results if required and CV. Recommended deadline for complete application is March 1 for Fall admission and September 1 for Spring admission.
